Audrey HepburnReleased for the 50th anniversary of “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”, these images were included in a companion coffee-take book by Sarah Gristwood. If you thought those photos looked like retouching photos, you’re unfortunately right. These never-before-seen publicity photo shots reveal artistic touch-ups that even a timeless beauty like Audrey Hepburn couldn’t avoid.

It’s a bit disgusting, because there really aren’t any visible “flaws” in the “before” picture, but the retoucher still marked up tiny lines and crow’s feet – anything that might make the actress look like a regular human being. Even before Photoshop’s time, a ridiculous standard is set.
